B. Buccini: I am not a worker-outer. Never have been. I hate going to the gym. But when I found out I was pregnant I figured I needed to do something to prep for the biggest workout of my life- labor. Numerous friends and family members told me Susanna was THE person to call. Thus began our weekly routine of floor work, kegels, and ab exercises. My husband, a super athletic guy who once played football in college, constantly teased me about my "workouts." I wasn't even breaking a sweat! I could shower before and not need to after! But guess who had the last laugh when I pushed out my precious baby girl in 20 minutes flat. The nurses and doctor kept going on and on and on about how strong I was. They just couldn't believe it.
So I'm back with Susanna again for baby number 2, hoping for 10 minutes of pushing this go round.
