I have to admit I was skeptical because I thought nobody could give me advice that would add much value to what I already knew about how to stay fit and take care of my body. I have to admit that Susanna surpassed all my expectations. She not only prepared me physically for delivery, with her extensive knowledge she prepared me mentally and gave me more confidence for labor. In addition, she corrected the back pain which I have been experiencing for years and thought would worsen during pregnancy. Rather than worsening, it improved.
Unfortunately, for reasons that had nothing to do with my preparation, I had a Caesarean. Fortunately for me, my training had prepared me for this outcome also. My recovery was steady and fast. Two days after the operation I was walking in the hospital. I returned home four days after childbirth and was doing errands within six days. My doctors, family and friends were all amazed by how fast my recovery was. I believe that a major factor was the abdominal training Susana gave me.
I cannot highly recommend her enough.
