I am expecting baby number two in a few weeks, and am training with Susanna again. She has a good timeline of what exercises to do at what stage of the pregnancy, since the growing belly affects different body parts when it starts expanding. I would highly recommend her -- her extensive knowledge gives me great comfort during our workouts.
